jerrymat 5 Posted February 1, 2009 I like the soft gray of the flesh tones, the fact that the dark hair has enough exposure to show highlights and texture, am not sure of the message given by the eyes. Tossled sheets are OK, but I really feel the background is too busy with the dark tones almost looking like a spear going through the head. The one big problem is perspective. Look at the size of the fist compared to her face. The only effective way to change that at picture taking time is to get back further from the subject. Link to comment
raymondborg 0 Posted February 1, 2009 I totally agree with Jerry about this image. Congrats. Link to comment
John Peri 1,039 Posted February 2, 2009 The hand and jug don't bother me, neither do the burned out areas in the white sheets. Their proximity draws us into the picture. A very efffective image with a wonderful mood conveyed. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted February 3, 2009 Maybe the girl has large hands? I don't see any perspective problem here. I just love the look she is giving which nails it for me. Having such discussion on an image is certainly something to be proud of as well as being proud of the image itself. Link to comment
