Interesting idea...

Perhaps a better title might be "Say yes to clogged arteries and obesity"?

Is she posed in a bathroom? Is the idea she is going to throw-up the cake in the toilet after eating? I'm assuming you are going for the "Let Them Eat Cake" theme. I'm not real sure how this goes with anorexia, but your model is cute and she sure looks fit to me.

Oops, in picture three she has chocolate on her left cheek. In picture 4 she is wiping it off her right cheek. Also, watch your background - she is moving left or right in your sequence. (Careful of the shadow on your background).
