I did not look at your other post but here are some suggestions: Look at other images on here that peek your interest & likely you will find that the reason for your interest is the light. By this we mean the time of day along with the light coming from the sun makes the image special. This is captured on an overcast day with lots of grey sky and little contrast. In other words- way to much light on the subject.

On composition, the rocks in the foreground need to be in focus to be included. They way it is captured here they are blurry and more of a barrier to the main subject.

Tips for improvement: Take more photos and you will improve, take more photos and different times of the day and see what works.
