Pa-cha 0 Posted January 26, 2009 An absolutly wonderfull photo. The B&W is the best for this scene. I'm impressed by the dof. Congrats for this great shot. Pascal Link to comment

stp 6 Posted January 29, 2009 The long exposure is great, and the lines and textures on the black rocks are wonderful. My only nit is the lower right corner -- I wish that odd piece of white could be cropped or removed. I fear, however, that cropping would create problems in other parts of the image. Link to comment
pfranklin 0 Posted January 29, 2009 Nicely done, the long exposure created a mystical look here. I like the rock formation in the lower left, it looks like fingers… Thank you for sharing. Best regards, Pamela Link to comment
billkantor 0 Posted February 2, 2009 Really nice image. Very successful. Engaging form, tonality and composition. Perfect use of long exposure. I can get lost in this fr a long time. Two possible places for improvements: I'd agree with Steve's comment about the lower right corner. Don't crop it. It's nothing you can't fix with a modest use of the clone tool or a mask and curve. (Assuming you have no reservations about staying totally faithful to the original of course.) Also, it looks like the sky at the horizon on the rights side is blown out. I'd see if you can do something about that. Cheers, Bill Link to comment
