trevor_hopkins 0 Posted November 9, 2002 A great shot. Presumably taken at night, I'm amazed that you could achieve this exposure without the use of a tripod and firm ground beneath your feet! Given the aircraft vibrations, I imagine the shutter speed can't have been that long, and yet you have shadow detail in the wing. My foggy night shots required exposure times of minutes, so how did you do it?! (Please don't leave us in the dark!) Link to comment
v. bice 0 Posted November 9, 2002 Next time let us guess what this is......I would of enjoyed it for the shape and light....but as an airplane wing :-( you took the illusion away. Link to comment
mmarengo 0 Posted November 9, 2002 I would have called it "eclipse". At first I though it was the sun (or the moon) behind a tall building, with the photo rotated 90 degree. Nice picture. Link to comment

BrettPrucha 0 Posted November 11, 2002 Very original I'll give you that. A little to dull for me though. I would like to see more contrast and detail. Link to comment
BrettPrucha 0 Posted November 11, 2002 I just read the comments and figured out it was an airplane wing. Knowing that definatly takes the intrege away from the photo. Link to comment
vikas_shah 0 Posted December 14, 2002 An excellent photograph, definitely at home in the fine art category :-) Link to comment
