A Walking Stick and His Reflection

One autumn day as I went to leave the house, I was confronted with an unusual photo

op; a walking stick was crawling up the storm door. I grabbed the camera, went out the

door,turned around to find this amazing creature unphased by the movement, and

began to shoot. The sky overhead and the trees in our yard reflected in the glass,

creating a wonderful background. The biggest challenge was getting both ends of this

5" long critter in focus at the same time while shooting macro. Please view Large.
