Glenn, It's a technically well executed photo, not outstanding in originality. To elicit responses in the critique forum try to be specific in what you want commented on. My father-in-law worked at Republic where they built that ugly thing that was the star of the Kuwait war.

 

I'd like to see it a bit brighter overall. It would improve it a lot, I think, since there is plenty of detail to be brought out.

 

Excellent shot of the "Ugly Duckling". The cloud banding goes well with the composition.

 

I agree with the note to brighten the highlights, you may want to note that postings will lose detail and light when submitted to PN. A little extra sharpening and light adjustment will help for all submittals; you'll have to experiment for best results.
