The Color of History

I am glad you like it, and thanks for your kind words. It was taken in Rajasthan, and is an available light portrait of a palace guard.This is one of my most favorite images, even though it is not perfect. It was taken with a 3.2MP Olympus Camedia C-3030 DP&S, and obviously there are flaws in the highlight clipping in the JPEG and such. I had a 8x10 done of it, and now even a 12x18, believe it or not, and I am still happy with the outcome. This is the very image where I was convinced for myself that I would be happy with a DSLR and delve more seriously into digital.
