i think for a vertical shot there is too much water in the foreground. you could tilt the camera up to capture the sun shinning through the branches

Arash, Thanks for your feedback. The main reason I have the water in the foreground - I wanted to capture the silvery shine of the sun on the water. Also, the sun was a bit too bright/harsh & into the camera lens if I had moved up the camera little upwards - as you can see the flare at the top of the picture. Cheers, Sriram
