The gray board or log on the bank is the one straight line in your composition, and so more noticeable than it might otherwise be. The gray leaf at far right is also a little prominent, especially when the edge of the pad is so close to the edge of the picture. You also have four verticals from unfocused reeds at the lower left that could be done without. I like the repetition between the reeds at right and the reflected reeds in the water at center.
