christian deichert 1 Posted November 5, 2002 Interesting concept; the impressionist portrait regards the realist portrait (twice) which studies what appears to be another impressionist work. Very creative. The closest face is a lot darker than the others; why that choice? Link to comment
jay_millington 0 Posted November 5, 2002 I love both the concept and the execution of this piece of digital art. However, I am not sure I like the border. I think the border texture is a tad too busy, and the drop shadow takes the whole piece just one step too far in depth. Great overall, though. Link to comment
theresa_maeurer 0 Posted November 5, 2002 Beautiful concept and execution, but a plain border would have been better :^) Link to comment
mg 0 Posted November 5, 2002 Yep, well done, but I agree that the borders really spoil it... Cheers. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted November 6, 2002 I told him to change ONLY the frame NOT the photo..(that ,to me ,must be the unique and main subject to be criticized and rated, frame should be only an optional , an ornament...)I often change my frames when not completely satisfied, what's wrong about it? Guest Guest Posted November 6, 2002 .......it's easy, Francesco has only to put "changed frame "on technical details and the problem is solved.Sorry, Francesco for using your page,I wanted only to be useful and to all photonetters I tell that Francesco does not know english very well ( a bit less than me ) so ,please, be short on your comments .........As I already wrote I like this image very much.Anna Link to comment
Ray House 4,511 Posted November 23, 2002 I would lose the bevel, drop shadow and frame. Link to comment
