harryvision 0 Posted January 8, 2009 a walk in December at dusk, up the hill from where I live in Broadbottom to the hamlet of Mudd. This view is looking down the Etherow valley towards Marple. It was very atmospheric! (Had to use a gate post as a tripod... er unipod.) Link to comment
moabphoto 0 Posted January 8, 2009 Beautiful tones and a very mysterious mood. The light fog and layered ridges are awesome. Great work, Mark! Link to comment
ronjonesphotography 0 Posted January 9, 2009 Very nice job. Would also look good with a blue tint. Link to comment
harryvision 0 Posted January 9, 2009 Thanks for the positive feedback guys. Ron, it was tinted with subtle blue tones. However, doesn't seem to come out as much when uploaded here. Images are displayed slightly darker on this site as well. (on another site I've found they display slightly lighter!) I think the only way of getting your true intent for any image is to get the print how you want it in the end! Cheers Mark Link to comment
ricardmn1 0 Posted January 11, 2009 It's an excellent landscape with a superb black and white edition. Congratulations. Really nice image! Link to comment
