Hi Sandra, This is a great shot... Nice DOF, color and clarity. It's been more than twenty years now but I use to take similar shots with a nikonos IV, extension tubes and a 103 strobe. All the shots though are on slides which someday I may try to scan. Looking through your UW portfolio brings back some memories and I was reminded of what an enjoyable days work it was. Loading the boat, getting 2 dives in, unloading the boat, cleaning the boat, rinsing dive gear, developing the slides, cleaning the camera and greasing O rings. In the evening the final reward, sitting with friends to view the slides. You may have inspired me to get back in the water. I enjoyed this portfolio immensely, thanks for sharing and thanks for the comment on "Fly-By". db

Hey Dean -

Guess what; I still have my Nikonos V, extension tubes, close-up kit and 20mm lens, as well as the SB105 strobe, which I use will the housed rig. I, too, have a stack of gorgeous slides shot with Fuji Velvia and ProVia awaiting scanning - just haven't gotten around to it. And you know what - the 3 D clarity, saturation and sharpness of those slides are unsurpassed. Thanks for stopping by!
