Cottonwood

I considered cropping this differently, cropping down from the top.

What do you think?

This is really a beautiful late-Fall photograph. The somewhat muted fall colors and earth tones work very nicely with the late light in the canyon and wispy clouds. The composition is nicely done as well, with the cottonwood framed so nicely by the sandstone buttresses. I don't know that a crop down from the top helps or not. Well done, and Happy New Year! I agree with all of the above but would like to see a little more sky above the tallest cliff. Nice work.
