Wide angle shot. I was trying to capture the expanse and aloneness of the deserted

beach and emphasize the clouds and coming weather without making them the main

subject. Does tis work? Thanks for any comments.

Sandra, I think you have suceeded in emphasizing the incoming weather. I rather enjoy the shot. However, since you said you were going for a "deserted beach" and "alone" feeling, I'm not getting that due to the nicely manicured lawn and trimmed bush on the right. Reminds me of a resort beach in which everyone has gone in for cocktails. Howerver that's only my opinion.

Thank you very much for your comments. I think I may have used the wrong adjective in my description. I hadn't meant deserted as in remote, or "wild." What I meant to convey was abandoned and empty in terms of no one there right now (that tiny white square in the center is an empty chaise lounge).
