Is the exposure correct? Maybe I should measure from the window?

are u asking is this exposed correctly because of the over exposed window. if so this is what i think. If you were to have measured/metered from the window the model would have underexposed because the light out side is much brighter. The three options i see u have here to get round the over exposed window. would be to take your light reading from the window and fill flash the subject. but you will lose quite a lot of ambient light. you could try and HDR the image. the other would to work on the image further in an editing sweat. hope i helped a little.
