Pareciera el plumaje de un pichon, de una paloma con la cabeza del condor.

Me parece que las plumas cubren demasiado el cuello del condor cuando comunmente NO es asi. Los condores se caracterizan principalmente por carecer o tener muy poco plumaje a lo largo del cuello lo cual me extraña mucho en este ejemplar.
