smokelessjoe1 0 Posted September 25, 2009 Overall, it is the compositions that are great about this photographic series. The windows have curved corners instead of sharp ones; the people subjects are moving in different directions with some staring through the windows; and the windows appear to have just the right amount of haziness/reflections to make them interesting. These photos appear to be candid which often makes for better photographs than those that are posed. Oh, I nearly forgot about the lantern in the right, top corner that appears to be floating in the air and/or hanging from the street lamp. This positioning is a stroke of genius! (I do not believe the photographer took this photo in the United States however. (Where does one find oil lanterns hanging outside?) Link to comment
