children Homesick?

On a long vacation on Bali my daughter Louise was sometimes feeling

homesick. I think the black sand emphasizes her sad mood.

I love the shot and the composition. Have you played with the white balance? It looks a little to warm. I think it might look better a little cooler.

Hi Ray, This is a scan fom a slide. The shot was taken just before the sun was setting and I remember it as a bit underexposed, which I have compensated for in the postprocessing. I think this explains the very warm colours. Thanks for your comment. Best Regards Henrik
