Guest Guest Posted October 29, 2002 Love the top 3rd of this shot. Actually the whole thing is pulled off well. Link to comment
jay_de_fehr 0 Posted November 3, 2002 I like the way that the trees appear to be inverted with their roots in the air, and the very graphic ink on paper abstract look. Link to comment
andrew_gough 0 Posted November 15, 2002 Nicholas, I like this one, it has a timeless quality about it. Andy Link to comment
nicholas_lindan 2 Posted December 8, 2002 The Cleveland Mueseum of Art has since cut down all the trees and replaced them with little saplings. The scene should be available again in fifty years -- but by then the benches will be gone... Link to comment
root 0 Posted December 9, 2002 Sad when you go back to do another version and the whole thing has been destroyed . . . happened to me a couple times this past year. Link to comment
niranjn 0 Posted February 15, 2003 Nicely done, Nicholas. Looks like ink. Excellent exposure and printing. I like the contrast, but print it out with a real low contrast and see what it looks like. You may like it. The bottom left part is "unclean" and detracts from the rest of the picture. Link to comment
john_mount1 0 Posted February 17, 2003 I agree, the top third is what moves this from a good shot in the snow to a great one. Link to comment
