StevenVeit-Studio1476 1 Posted December 24, 2008 Spider Rock at sunset is one of the most extraordinary landscape views in the Southwest. It's located in Canyon de Chelly National Monument, Arizona, and is also part of the Navajo Nation. This full-frame shot on Provia 100 best matched the feeling of being there. Critical comments welcome. Thanks. Link to comment
jkilgo 0 Posted December 24, 2008 Nice capture, I really like how the spires rise up from the shadows...very symbolic and very powerful. Well done. Link to comment

leora 3 Posted January 16, 2010 These are remarkable on several levels. The fact that they have survived standing alone in the canyon. The fact that they are together like some ancient ancestors. And the fact that they are dressed in this wonderful glow with every sundown. Great angle and great work, Leora Link to comment
