Fantastic wild life capture!!! (glad to see you were using a 400mm focal length) Well Done!! ps. As an ex-hunter, that bear was suprised and looked agitated. I would have felt better with a Winchester .300 Magnum rifle than the camera!!! Be carefull - Brown bears (it could have been a young black) are the most dangerous animals in North America.

Hi Glenn,

 

The bear wasn't too pleased to see me, hence the look, but there were two National Park Wardens behind me (probably the safest place?) at the ready. I only managed two shots before it ran away into the forest. Thanks for looking.

Hello Paul.....the bear's body position makes this shot very compelling. He(she) looks surprised and inquisitive, making this way the viewer to anticipate the bear's next move! Nice effort, greetings from Greece
