The composition is nice, but being there for the light gets top marks.

It has a wonderful atmosphere (figuratively speaking). What I wouldn't give to have a bedroom with this morning view!

I cannot believe my luck tonight. A minute ago I stumbled upon an example of perfect street photograhy, and now this. I dislike commenting on photos that I actually really love, because I feel like I have nothing to offer, but I had to comment on this one anyway. I cannot tell what it is that makes it all come together so well (the little birdie helps), but it does.
