arizona, utah, and the southwest Sunrise, Cape Royal, Grand Canyon

Trying to make the best out of a hazy morning -- as I was wrapping up

shooting to the south at Cape Royal, I saw this hazy glow on my way

back and went for it. How does this work?

Christian, A little TOO much haze perhaps. I find I have to fix my gaze on this one for a while to pick out the details in the middle distance but that could just be the limitations of my screen. Very good, compositionally, to have included just a small amount of sky. Needs a human (not me, thank you) to stand on the upper left for scale. Best, LM.

Not me either, Len!! This was shot safely behind a railing. Unlike my trip to Canyonlands in February, where I got right on the edge, here I was in the company of more skittish onlookers and played it safe.
