Skeleton Trees

With such a magnificent shot such as this, you have very little that you need to learn about photography. It is I who is filled with envy when I see photographs of this quality. Fire can be so devastating but for a photographer it can leave such stark beauty too. This image will take First Prize at a photo contest.

The trees are really great Kim get some more photos of them in the snow while they are still standing. They are really great subjects! You will not be sorry that you went back for more.

Thanks Brad! I would have loved to photograph them in the snow, but they have collapsed. This was taken less than a month after the fire, and now the wind has broken them all off.

This is too cool-too bad they're gone now. That view through the hole in the trunk looks wild.
