Kangaroo Paw Flower

The Kangaroo Paws in our back yard are all out in flower, I had a hard

time capturing this in full frame as the flowers are very small and it was

a windy day. I found I had better results using manual focus with the

camera on a tripod with a manual shutter release.

f5.6 to keep a narrow depth of field but still get most of the flower in

focus and 1/400 sec to freeze the action.
