You have a good subject here: a street artist with passersby/lookers on. The whole image comes out a bit messy though, because there is too much conflicting info here. The person sitting behind, growing out of the street artist, the wall/fence on the left, the tree on top, the sign in front of it, the cars in the background, etc. In a situation like this you would need to go a lot closer, so the artist will be nice and big in the foreground and your secondary subject, the audience, can be small in the background. Then cut out everything that does not tell the story from your frame and you have a good image.
