Recently, I spent a small part of a day in New York City with ViP - remember Vi? In spite of being FROM New York State, I have very little hours clocked in the Big Apple. It was a fun day of walking and shooting architecture and having chinese food in Chinatown.

Both Vi and I commented over and over about the need for a WIDE angle lens in NYC! I don't know if this shot is appealing. We were looking for good places to shoot the Manhattan Bridge (the one on the right). It's a beautiful bridge, but I never did find a place from where I was satisfied with the angle on it. (Of course, the bridge that I'm on, which you can see on the left, is the Brooklyn Bridge.)

Any thoughts?

How can you resist a wide angle lens! I like the composure, detailed bottom and expansive top. Beautiful job on the sky.
