newfocus 0 Posted November 24, 2008 A very worthy shot of the location Paul - the colours and mood really shine out and the length of the exposure's just right for the water. Top marks from me. cheers, John Link to comment

davidclapp 0 Posted November 25, 2008 Exceptional shot except the sky. The pink tinting in the top left and right is seriously weird, you know me, I am only being constructive. Get me a chainsaw, this place needs sorting once and for all. One day I will crash plane full of paint into that mountain and end the strangle hold it has on Scottish landscape photography, before photographing it myself one last time that is :-) Link to comment
fortunato_gatto 0 Posted November 25, 2008 Outstanding, no doubts, but..... a question for you. How many post work did you do in this case? I agree with David about the sky. Strange the pink in the sky, the sun was too high to produce that colour/effect. Compliments, Fortunato Link to comment
emmaparra 0 Posted November 25, 2008 Powerful waterfall. I like the tones in mountain. Best Regards Link to comment
arbitrary 0 Posted November 25, 2008 Hi Paul, As I was your driver for the day ;) I know what filters you were using and I was wondering if it is possibly that they have imparted a colour cast on the sky? The blue is the same as my shots and we commented on how it vivid it was at the time, but I have no pink in my shots or recollection so possibly the filters are the source? Still a fine shot with plenty of wow, but the pink tones do impart a slightly unnatural feel. Neil Link to comment
xavier_jamonet1 0 Posted November 25, 2008 Great image! I'm really impressed by the quality of the exposure. There is no area over or under exposed... Pefect landscape! Regards Xavier Link to comment
