cherlyn 1 Posted November 20, 2008 I have added a percentage of watercolour effect to give this a painterly look. Does it work? All feedback welcome. Link to comment

paula grenside 0 Posted November 21, 2008 I like it a lot, Cherlyn; the painting quality adds to the portrait, and indeed it expresses happiness. Link to comment
alecee 0 Posted November 22, 2008 Cool, the pink light is a bit distracting and perhaps a larger aperture will make a shallow DOF and the person will stand out more. Lovely natural composition. Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted November 22, 2008 Cherlyn, very good portrait, well exposed . great details and light, as well as skin tones. I agree with Alec, that the pink blob is distracting, and can be very easily removed. Also a more blurred BG will give him more "stage". Still a very good portrait. Link to comment
