I like the idea, and I feel this shot is the best of the 3. What fails here in my opinion (partly), is:

1) the light - which isn't bad at all, but could still be better on the face.

2) the styling - the bracelets and rings are useless distractions imo, especially given the fact that they are so bright.

3) the performance - meaning here the post-production work. For example, I think that the right side so much brighter than the left is too much contrast. I'd settle for darkening a bit the right and brightening a bit the left - and the face, just a tad brighter as well. Somehow the file also didn't seem to compress all that well, which doesn't help.

Now what I like...

The motion itself - especially the way it turns out on her right hand, left side, which is why this part deserves to be brighter.

Then, I like the expression in this particular image a lot better than in the 2 others. She actually looks fears here, and not so in the others.

Then I like the positions of the hands in the frame - perfect to me.

Conclusion: I thing you would be surprised yourself how good this will look after just a bit of Photoshop. I do not know whether you do use PS intensively, but I really think this is the case where you can easily make a 6 in aesthetics out of a 4, in less than half an hour... If you wish, I don't mind giving it a try. The shot is well worth it imo. Regards.

I would actually be very interested to see your results. And I will give it a try, out of my own curiosity. Thanks for the thoughtfull comments.

and here it is, the first quick attempt... does this work better (I'll rework the original, after I digest this a bit, this is just a comp to check and see if it works better, I think it does... but I don't like the color of the bracelet on the right arm... I like the brightness... just not the grayness... help on that would be appreciated)

I use photoshop a great deal at work, and am quite happy using it (or not) depends on the occasion ;)

Concentrate/meditate on that...super...What if you used square format with hands and arms up and around the centered face...lots of possibilities..
