Your composition is good, the different volumes are well balanced and these big pipes are really impressive from this low point of view. I guess that you have adjusted your camera settings in order to catch the low lights but consequently the sky is uniformly white and I think that it decreases the impact of your photograph. Unfortunately cameras are not able to catch such a huge difference of lighting and you should take at least two shots to catch the best of both areas and merge them with your favourite software.
