I fell like I want to see more of what is going on. Usually on this type of pictures I like to see what is the person tring to conquer, what is he up against, how is he holding on. Showing more of the gear, the lower part of the body and a bit of the enviroment arround would be great. (in my opinion) I like the picture on therms of detail and compostion but it's not telling any story.
