nice setup. The pose reminds me of Edward Weston. With nudes, possibly even more than with other subjects, lighting is of the utmost importance. On camera flash is rarely, if ever, successful. And with nudes you are up against our memory of some of the greatest, most amazing, photographers in the world.

You have done this very nicely, I like the composition, the lighting, the pose, the use of color, the shoes. Something distracted my eye though; at first I couldn't figure what - then I found it: the bracelet on her ankle! it's a very small thing, but I think you should have asked her to take it off. Just my opinion ... Very beautiful photo anyway! Regards Lennart

IMO the top part of the picture is a bit too dark...also, i believe the piece of red fabric was either put in afterwards or its selection (for separate editing) wasn't done in the best possible way - i would actually have liked the image more without the shoes and the fabric (less is often more)...the jewellery on the ankle does not disturb me at all, i actually like it very much...the main remark i have about the actual setup, is about the floor: this kind of subject asks for a different, more "timeless" and softer underground, like sand or a simple sheet of linen, to come into harmony with the softness of the actual subject...

 

...one more thing: it's not forbidden to copy other artists but it's only fair to mention the original somewhere in the title or subtitle...
