One could not get much later to the party than this, but since I admire your work and the aesthetic sensibility, precision and intelligence on display in every bit of it, I thought I'd add a word. I've studied this image for a good 20 minutes now, dwelling on the shapes, the details, the subtle colors, and, Leigh, I think it is perfect. That doesn't mean another image wouldn't work as well; perfection comes in many forms. But the richness of this image is overwhelming. Alternative compositions of the scene would work too, but that doesn't take away from this one. Those who question the composition here I think are not paying enough attention to the shapes in the foreground sand. As to the sky, a touch exaggerated, perhaps, but I have seen skies that looked like this, just before or after a storm. A belated congratulations to you.

Leigh, are you trying to say anything beyond "this is pretty". Because that's all I'm getting from it. Is there a greater point I'm missing?
