Very good control of exposure under the low light condition that gives this image a quiet vibrancy with the potter's dedicated expression & his serious working hand.

The position of the pots with their creator is a very strong triangular composition. However, there really should be one dominant subject here, and that is the potter. The pots should be secondary.

 

I dodged some of the background as well as his face and burned in especially the lower left and lower right highlights on the pots as well as some of the other pots.

 

Anyway, that is my take on your wonderful image. If you don't find this critique helpful, let me know and I will be glad to delete it.
