Linda that is a great looking image. It deserves to framed and hung on a wall. The only thing though is that if you can get a bit more detail back from the bridge that would make this picture even better.

Alex, do you mean to get closer to the building. Im not sure how to get more detail out of it... How would you do it. Linda

I don't mean getting closer, I mean that I can't see any texture on the highlights. They seem to be too bright. I'm not at my PC with CS3 to look at the picture there but look at your original and with the eye droper tool check the values on the face of the bridge if they read something like 250 or 255 for the RGB there is no details to bring back, that portion would be overexposed. If you get a reading where there is details/texture to bring out I would. May be something like in the 180 to 200 range.
