Very surreal. Looks almost like a forest rather than an underwater scene. I would suggest cropping the top, as the element in the upper-right corner is distracting.

The color of the mushrooms and the texture of the moss came through well. It is a bit dark, as this would be in the shady woods, it is appropriate. The image suggests Bonsai to me.

I would like to see a macro of the mushrooms against the lichen. What is with the title? Colors are nice but too many things are competing for my attention.

This is a good one Bob! I like the title. I especially like the translucency of the shrooms. Overall composition is very good. If this were my photograph, perhaps I would crop it just below the spot of yellow in the upper right corner. But then you would lose some of that dark space at the top which I think is important. So, maybe just clone out the small yellow corner. In any case, I think this is a Very Good photograph. I took the liberty to try a different crop. If you find it objectionable, please let me know and I will remove it. Regards.
