I made this picture this afternoon, in Aquazoo, Leeuwarden,

Netherlands,,, Dutch name is ringstaart-maki, they only life on

Madagascar and in zoos as you can see, comments are very welcome,

Hi DP, I have a whole serie of those, I did pick the one I did like the most, and I think you are talking about the effect of colour??? I am not sure, you always talk in a kind of riddle, but I did do this colour because of the tonque the youngest one.... ah not important.... I had a nice day yesterday

Een heel erg mooie plaat Els. Heel erg scherp en een enorm mooie compositie. De grijs cq z/w tinten doen het erg goed met de rood/oranje oogjes van de maki's. Hoe verzin je het. Heel goed gedaan!!.

This photo reminds me of a children's television program that my son watched when he was a preschooler called Zoboomafoo, starring Chris and Martin Kratt and a lemur: Google Zoboomafoo images. Great capture. I really like the red tongue and eyes.
