The eyes are certainly alive, and that is half the battle. The crop, on the other hand, particularly at the cheeks, seems, IMO, a tad tight. Still, an engaging image.

Yes, the 'eyes have it' here for me Diana, and I also think the crop is a bit confining or constricting. For me however, (I am no fashion shooter) I think your subjects skin seems too highly 'made-up' as in by cosmetics or over-processed as in by post-production. The eyes come over as 'natural' but the area particularly around your subjects mouth looks too ..well I think you know what I mean. I hope you don't mind my candidness here. I took more than a glance at your other work and your web-site too. You have some excellent work showing!
