Isolated Homestead - The Early Pioneers

Trying to portray the isolation faced by the early pioneers to the old

west. Grand Tetons in the background.

No critiques here, this landscape is simply wonderful, very well composed with a deep sense of inmensity, peaceful and silent. This image is transmitting strong feelings, only a few good photographs can do it. I wonder what it could be in bw. Congratulations.

You really do get a sense of the isolation in this capture. Great composition!

I love the way you croped your photo.

I also like the way you captured the brush in the foreground and the farm in the middle, along with the background supported by the mouontain range.

 

Very nice color and detail. This would take first place on contest night.
