matman1975 0 Posted October 17, 2008 Wild leopards can only be seen in the African savannah if they want to be seen! Most of the times due to their secretive nature they disappear when they see danger approaching (humans are considered danger for them). I was very lucky with this shot, cause this male leopard simply couldn't leave the tree due to the presence of lions about 50 meters away....so he ignored the photographer and paid attention to the nearby "royal enemy" who would gladly kill him in a second if he decided to come down! Jerry Beecham 0 Posted October 18, 2008 Nice work. The color of the tree limb and its bark contrast nicely with the leopard. I'd like to see it a little bigger and check out the detail. Link to comment

hopsage 0 Posted February 4, 2009 The richness of color, especially in the tree bark, makes this image stand out in an already-impressive portfolio. Fine work. Link to comment
