I like it but for me a motion shot like this one needs at least one stagnant element in the picture. It helps for me to convey the feeling of motion or movement.

I see motion here also but not the desireable kind. Camera motion! Motion in the hands & drumsticks is acceptable but everything else should be razor sharp. I'm afraid you've missed on this one. Try bumping up the ISO or using faster glass. On a positive note, the composition is OK. Best, LM.
