The amount of detail and highlight/shadow range on this photo made it

perfect for HDR. Gave it a try in Photomatix and came out nicely. What

do you think?

maybe my monitor is off but the wall is a little 'hot'...

HDR should prevent that, right?

You are right, the wall IS too bright. Could not solve it with HDR, in the single shot I took I have it burned out. Cannot bring the detail back. Would have been nice to have a tripod and take multiple exposures but I couldn't then.
