need to burn in top

why do i need to burn in the top? i prefer it not.

Taken on a very foggy day on the Paradise River Trail. lens is a

18mm, hence the angle of the side trees (right side is closer). what

do you think? the flowers are much sharper in my latest print, but

everything else is pretty much representative.

The sky looks a little washed out in the middle. It's interesting, though, how the trees are gravitating towards that spot.

thanks douglas. my avg ratings are probably more a function of rating via the "recent selected uploads" option. that means that i sometimes go through a lot of images that aren't necessarily high quality, but i rate them anyway. i have revisited quite a few of them, and rarely, if ever feel the need to edit my original stance. i do admit i could give more time to comments/critiques, but who couldn't? thanks again for looking and your input. i think a frame around this would help with the advice to burn out the top portion.

Somehow I wish the grassy hill wasn't there but it does give a contrast to the sombre trees . I really like the fog effect.
