way the viewer can "step in to." Thoughts?

A great idea with mediocre execution. Were you using a tripod? And perhaps you can visit the place again when the light is more moody.

oh i really like this. The cropping is very original and shows a common nature shot in an uncommon way. And the colors are zha zha!
