Unfreakingbelievable!!! What a spectacular shot! It's as though you were sitting 3 feet from a crystal clear aquarium tank with some bait waiting for this very reliable bird to dive for -- and you managed to not flinch as it suddenly plunged to the target! I'll read through all of the comments to see if you responded to the obvious question: how did you ever do this?

I love your work, especially your Kingfishers -- what wonderful creatures they are.

I'm guessing that you are going to keep this one a secret?

 

I'd love to know how you got a Kingfisher to dive in a tank? It's obvisouly an aqaruim as the rock is not real.
