Everything is perfect technically... don't crop it more though, perfect crop and as for the composition ... you know it... loved the twitch in the nose and the sightly bowed head!

How long does it take to get the shot and how many shots to get this one?

I dont know anymore how long it took for this photo. Normally I take about 300 photo's in an hour. (of my rats) and i am happy if one or two are what I want.

After this photo, I tried thousands and thousands more ,but not one like this.

So, I quess I was lucky :)

This photo is so cute, and perfectly in focus, with perfect depth of field. I saw this photo because of the last photo I commented on. That person's favorite photo was this one. You have the patience of a saint.

It's a great capture, very well done.  Like the way it has posed for the shot as well.
