I love to shoot this location but have never been fortunate enough to be there when there wasn't a crowd. Lovely image.

Believe it or not, it was packed this day - but I sat there in the corner for about an hour trying to time it where people would be off the bridge. My wife was ready to kill me.

Lol, spouse's just don't understand do they?

Patience has its rewards (as does being single)! Something should be done with the small amount of foreground rock and vegetation -- choose a different perspective to avoid it, or include more of it (which increases the DOF challenge), or clone it out.

 

Another perspective: I also choose to avoid having people in most of my landscape shots, but sometimes having a human figure in the photo adds an important dimension. Having one or two people would add a sense of scale and perhaps make the size of the falls more impressive to viewers of the photo.
