nice a little posed but ok. Miss the smoke from the cigerette.

I really like the subject, the "not really there" gaze, the cigarette as a useful prop, the exposure and the setting. Quite a dazzling photo. Well done!

It reminds me of some old pictures portraying the

industry of Russia but with a twist since in

those pictures all the workers were working ... part of the propaganda.

As to the picture itself I love it.

The feminine face with the very macho pose works well

Looks contrived. The sledge hammer is out of place. Her hand at her crotch looks strange as well. An old man tinkering with the machine would work much better.

nice looking shot... not so sure about the left hand placement. Also the sledge hammer placement looks quite artifical.. nobody puts their hammer down that way :)

Superb portrait. I like the contrast between the light reflected by the face of the woman and the darkness of the machine (dark but with enough contrast)

The shot looks and feels gritty and oily. It's a wonderful shot.
